New EnsoData Webinar: Making the Case for Permanent Standard Time
A 2022 poll* discovered that 61% of Americans are in favor of eliminating the biannual time changes, while 35% prefer to maintain the current tradition of adjusting their clocks during spring and fall. Interestingly, the majority of those who support abolishing the time changes expressed their desire for permanent daylight savings time. However, does this preference align with what is truly beneficial for Americans’ overall health and well-being?
Join us for a webinar that delves into the fascinating topic of time change. We are thrilled to have Dr. Karin Johnson, MD, FAAN, FAASM, present “Making the Case for Permanent Standard Time,” where she will explore the following learning objectives:
- Explain why the short-term effects of seasonal clock change doesn’t mean that permanent Daylight Saving Time is better
- Understand why Daylight Saving Time increases circadian misalignment
- Understand the long-term effects of Daylight Saving Time on health, safety and neuropsychological functioning
- Webinar registrants must attend the live presentation to qualify for CSTE credit. Simply complete the form to register for the webinar.
